WESTFIELD — The Westfield Historic Preservation Commission will present its 2023 Harry Devlin Commendations for outstanding efforts in historic preservation at a ceremony and reception next Thursday, November 2, at 7:30 p.m. The program will take place in the Westfield Municipal Building Community Room, located at 425 East Broad Street.
