UNION, N.J. — Kean University honors graduates recently took center stage at the 2023 Honors Convocation, an annual celebration for students graduating with the highest levels of academic achievement. Kean Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs David S. Birdsell, Ph.D., welcomed graduates and their guests, noting that the honors graduates had achieved the levels of summa cum laude — GPAof 3.85-4.0; magna cum laude — GPA of 3.65-3.84; or cum laude — GPA of 3.45-3.64.
