SCOTCH PLAINS — The Scotch Plains Public Library will offer Drop In Crafting on Tuesday, December 12, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., and Thursday, December 28, from 7 to 8 p.m. Registration is not required; participants can just drop by the lower level of the library with their current work-in-progress or to craft for a cause.
