On December 19, the Cranford Cougars girls basketball team lost to the Roselle Catholic Lions, 46-39, and Cougar Bella Curanovic recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds to go with three blocks and three assists. Sophia DeMarco scored six points and added five rebounds and an assist. Kristina Lowe pulled seven boards and added five points and a block. Ella Grady nailed a 3-pointer and added three assists and three rebounds. Maddy DeLong pulled six rebounds and added two points. Courtney Toy had five rebounds, two points and an assist. Lily Costello had a rebounds.

Jasmin McKay led Roselle Catholic with 20 points, including a 3pointer. Sidney Smith had 10 points, including a 3-pointer. Gabby Brown netted 10 points and Jordyn Batts scored six points, including a 3pointer.
