WESTFIELD — The Westfield Board of Health kicked off the new year on Monday by appointing Elizabeth Talmont, DNP, chief project officer at Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey, to another one-year term as president of the body. Tara Donnelly, who joined the board last year as an alternate member, was named as this year’s vice president.
