WESTFIELD —After more than a year and a half of legal challenges and local complications, plans to break ground on a new mixed-use residential complex known as the Sophia at the corner of Prospect Street and Ferris Place are once again moving forward now that a lawsuit filed against the project has been dismissed in state Superior Court.
