SCOTCH PLAINS — The Historical Society of Scotch Plains and Fanwood has planned a program for its next meeting on Tuesday, February 27, spotlighting the contributions of women of color in the struggle for women’s rights. The topic reflects the timing of the meeting, on the cusp of February-March: February celebrates Black History Month, while March celebrates Women’s History Month.
