In the April 11 edition of Union County HAWK, in the article, “Rec. Commission Favors Upgrades to Mini-Golf,” it was erroneously stated that the Scotch Plains Recreation Commission was going to “recommend to the township that rental fees for picnic areas at the parks be increased and that, if it is legally allowed, that out-of-town groups not be permitted to rent.” In reality, the commission has been discussing raising the park rental fees for non-residents only.
