SUMMIT AREA — The Tuesday, April 30 program for the Summit Area Old Guard will feature David Dietze of Peapack Private Wealth Management, who will discuss how senior citizens can try to adjust their financial plans to cope with inflation.
Mr. Dietze is one of the few Old Guard members who has not yet retired. A noted investment expert, he is regularly seen on Bloomberg and other investment television programs. He will speak about how people can be impacted by both current inflation trends and political trends.
Founded in 1930, the Summit Area Old Guard meets most Tuesdays at 10 a.m. at the New Providence Presbyterian Church, located at 1307 SpringfieldAvenue, New Providence. The Old Guard is a social, recreational and educational fellowship of retired men. Dues are minimal and the group provides speakers and multiple activities through the volunteer efforts of its members. Old Guard programs are free to the public and all are welcome. May 28 — Chris Gaffney of the Metropolitan Golf Association.
