MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Minn. — The University of Minnesota Twin Cities has announced that Rachel Small of Fanwood has been named to the 2023 Fall semester Dean’s List. Ms. Small, a junior, is enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts at the university.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must complete 12 or more letter-graded credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
