UNION – Liberty Hall Museum in Union introduced its first music event presented in the home of William Livingston, the first elected governor of New Jersey who donated the land on which the museum sits to what is now Kean University. The museum, with a grant from the Frank and Lydia Bergen Foundation, brought world renowned fortepianist, Daniel Adam Maltz, to its main building on a sunny Sunday afternoon. It was reminiscent of gatherings 200 years or more ago where people sat around to be entertained by classical music.
