GARWOOD — During last Thursday’s regular meeting of the Garwood mayor and council, officials introduced Ordinance 24-27. This ordinance would require unsolicited print material to have a contact person and telephone number for residents to call and cancel the delivery of the materials if they wish, as well as to be placed within a three-foot radius of where the residents receive their mail.
