Happy holidays! Does the thought of that make you cringe? Are you dreading the upcoming holiday season or does it fill you with excitement? Whatever your feelings about this time of the year, they are here once again.As we anticipate the things to do, and “how we will do it all,” it can be overwhelming. These uncomfortable feelings can create anxiety. Feeling anxious is unpleasant and unhealthy. It may be best to focus on what’s good about the holidays. Start to think differently.
