Raider Keglers Roll Over Panthers, Blue Devils, Vikings

The Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School bowling team rolled over the Roselle Park Panthers, 7-0, on December 5, Westfield Blue Devils, 7-0, on December 10, and the Union Catholic Vikings, 7-0, on December 12.

Against the Panthers, the Raiders won all three games and won the pin total, 2,739-2,506. Nate Leversee rolled games of 191, 221 and the high game of 233 for the high series of

645. Jason Sidito rolled games of

216, 205 and 178 for a 599 total. Reid Buehler had games of 168, 192,

158 for a 518 total. Mike Savare rolled games of 179, 182, 143 for a

504 total. Jonah rolled two games,

148, 145, and Braden Steer rolled a game of 180. Mike Martins was the high roller for the Panthers with games of 215, 199, 212 for a 626 total. Kamila Cruz-Cordiero had games of

189, 191 and 152 for a 532 total.

In the 2,548-2,017 win over the Blue Devils, Sidito was the big man with games of 249 (high), 140 and

167 for a 551 total. Buehler came in with games of 173, 213 and 164 for a

549 total. Steer had games of 174,

176, 152 for a 502 series. Leversee had games of 142, 162, 189 for a 493 total. Savare rolled games of 154,

148 and 151 for a 453 total.

Blue Devil Tom Stavrovich had a

488 total with games of 138, 171 and

179. Roux Swaminathan rolled games of 167, 127 and 123 for a 417 total. Deven Davies had games of 138, 115 and 145 for a 398 total. Alex Moshier rolled games of 112, 141, 142 for a

395 series. Will Singer had games of

90, 128 and 101 for a 319 series.

Sidito sat out the Union Catholic game and Buehler had the high series of 530 with games of 168, 202 and

160. Leversee rolled games of 170,

136, 205 (high) for a 511 series. Savare had a 504 series with games of 190,

164 and 150. Steer had a 472 series with games of 173, 150 and 149. Devin McAuliffe rolled games of 148,

156 and 166 for a 470 total. The big guns for the Vikings were Dave Dudas with games of 161, 147 and 149 for a

457 total and Nick Grippo with games of 148, 169 and 133 for a 450 total.

On December 5, the Blue Devils won all three games and the pin count over the Vikings, 2,316-2,101. Davies tied for the high series of 515 with games of 188, 191 (high) and 136. Swaminathan also had a 515 series with games of 175, 160, 180. Moshier had games of 146, 142 and 189 for a

477 total. Singer rolled games of 116,

124 and 108. In two games, Stavrovich had a 184 and a 176. Jacob Hsu rolled

a 101. Nick Doll had the high series for the Vikings with games of 159,

189 and 152 for a 500 total.

In the 2,571-2,059 loss to the Panthers on December 12, Stavrovich had a high series of 457 and Moshier had a series of 410. Panther Martin had the highest series of 694 with games of 229, 236 and 229. Branden Vasquez rolled games of 202, 212 and 192 for a 606 series.
