SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD – Scotch Plains and Fanwood residents are invited to an in-person, open-mic community forums in January to learn how the Tuesday, January 28 vote would address the space constraints and pressing infrastructure needs in Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public Schools, at a significantly lower cost than the last referendum.
