GARWOOD — On Monday, the Garwood Board of Education held its annual reorganization meeting in the Lincoln School cafeteria. The meeting began with the swearing in of April Farrell, last year’s board president, and newcomers Tracey McCarrick and Michael Sasjack, all of whom were elected to three-year terms on the board in November.
