SCOTCH PLAINS — The planning board on Monday reelected Jeff Strauss as chairman and Michael Plotnick as vice-chairman, with Mr. Strauss saying that 2025 will be “a very important year” for issues such as the new affordablehousing mandates and the updating of the township’s master plan.
