WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) announced the launch of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. All high school students (grades 9-12) in New Jersey’s Seventh Congressional District are invited to participate. The deadline for submissions will be 5 p.m. on Friday, April 11.
