WESTFIELD — Earlier this month, Westfield residents became aware that Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) — a multi-national retail giant and the parent company behind the One Westfield Place (OWP) redevelopment project — had announced its intentions to file for bankruptcy. Now, the town’s elected officials are taking to social media to hash out the details and discuss the continued financial viability of the project.
