BROAD STREET FACELIFT... Extensive renovation work has begun on buildings at 159-169 East Broad Street, Westfield. Apartments on the second and third floors are being completely redone. On the ground floor, Classic Thyme will be joined by the new Nine West store in the old Epstein Bootery space. Ann Taylor will be moving into the space previously filled by Milady's and Village Curtains.
